I highly recommend going to a good running shoe store. In the US I went to Fleet Feet. Make an appointment with an Outfitter. They help determine your needs, are you a runner or a walker with arthritis, etc. They do a 3D scan of your feet and have you walk back & forth on a special flooring for more analysis. My podiatrist was blown away when i showed him the scans. We selected Brooks Glycerin for me. It comes in half sizes and widths up to E. It had a nice orthotic in it. After a few weeks my over pronation was gone and my ankles didn't ache. I did the exercises my Dr prescribed. I used Biofreeze on the bunions the roller isn't messy. So, my bunion is less pronounced, the hammer toe next to it is almost normal. I get very little pain and not daily. Also my PT suggested tart cherry capsules. They help. I've lost 18 pounds. Also helped. I have arthritis in every toe. And inflammatory arthritis in some joints. So I quit gluten. Huge benefits from that. There are lots of things you can do at home to improve your feet. Consistency is the secret. Thanks Doctor!

I have been having foot problems for 6 months+ it started in November when i had a little bit of pain in the big toe bone when walking and then over the momths i kept getting pains in different areas of the foot. I would get really bad pain in one toe and couldn't bend it or anything then would onaway and move on to the next toe. I went for an x-ray a couple weeks ago as i have had to keep working through the pain 😢 and now pain is in the side of the foot near the heal. My GP says its due to lack of vitamin d and has prescribed me with a 6 week treatment course, i jusy want the pain to go away soni can walk normal again. Anyway my big toe on the other foot has come off for the second time in my life not long ago 😂

Then you said see if you could be at 90° and then if you can’t bend it at all so they can’t just be 90° or not at all. If you can still bend it, what is it called? Thank you so much for the video I wish there were more podiatrist around here like you because I went to one for a year and all he did was want to cut my toenails and sand my feet when I had this disease on top of it I did drywall for over 25 years and whore stilts on my feet which most likely advanced the charcots if you have any affiliates in Massachusetts please send me the link one more thing to add he had no CLUE!!!! that i have charcots, it got to the point where I had to see a foot surgeon where I was properly diagnosed.
